Pursuant to Council Policy #6, the Council of the Town of Beaumont has directed Administration to advertise a Public Hearing for a Development Permit in the Direct Control District 004 located at Plan 862 1006, Lot 1 (50569 Range Road 244) that if approved would allow the continued operation of a Recreational Vehicle storage facility. All permit applications for this Direct Control District must be decided by Town Council. Council decisions are not appealable to the Subdivision Development Appeal Board. The Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Beaumont Administration Office located at 5600 - 49 Street in the Town of Beaumont.
Procedure at the Public Hearing:
Presentation of the purpose and effect of the proposed Development Permit.
Council will hear:
any person or group of persons acting on their behalf who claim to be affected by the proposed Bylaw;
any other person who wishes to make a presentation and whom the Council agrees to hear.
