In order to continue to provide as many services as possible to residents, Beaumont City Council decided this afternoon to adopt the Government of Alberta’s restriction exemption program for the Beaumont Sport and Recreation Centre, Beaumont Community Centre, and the Ken Nichol Regional Recreation Centre.
Starting Monday, September 20, all guests 12 or older will be asked to provide photo ID, along with:
Proof of one dose will be accepted until October 25, if the dose was given more than two weeks before the time of entry. After October 25, proof of two doses will be required.
We appreciate Beaumontians’ patience and respect as we comply with provincial measures to ensure everyone’s health and safety. All users of recreational facilities should plan to arrive for their activities a little earlier than normal in order to facilitate the screening procedures.
