Public Hearing Notice Public hearing October 8, 2024 at 6 pm: the purpose of proposed Bylaw 1060-24 Élan Neighbourhood 1 West Commercial Parcel Land Use Bylaw Amending Bylaw is to amend Bylaw 944-19 Our Zoning Blueprint: Land Use Bylaw by: Redistricting a portion of SE ¼ Sec. 33-50-24 from Agricultural Holdings (AH) District to Commercial (C) District Redistricting portions of Plan 232 2241, Block 5, Lots 28-39 from Agricultural Holdings (AH) District to Integrated Neighbourhood (IN) District The first part of the bylaw will allow for development of low intensity commercial uses, in accordance with the Élan Neighbourhood Structure Plan.
