Neighbourhood Posted on: April 22, 2026 Beaumont’s Good Neighbour program recognizes individuals who contribute to a safe, connected and friendly community. We’re pleased to recognize Kevin & Lesley Latimer, nominated by their neighbour Jan Funk. Jan shared that Kevin and Lesley are the kind of neighbours everyone hopes to have. They consistently go above and beyond, always looking out for those around them and stepping in wherever help is needed. From bringing in garbage bins without being asked, to offering a helping hand in day-to-day tasks, their presence brings comfort and reliability to the neighbourhood. Beyond small acts of kindness, Kevin and Lesley are also active supporters of community care initiatives, including helping with the Karma Pantry. Their willingness to contribute their time and energy, without expectation of recognition, speaks to their genuine commitment to supporting others.
