Feedback on Strategic Plan

This form is intended for feedback related to the Council Strategic Plan, including comments, questions, concerns or suggestions about:

• The priorities in the plan
• The City’s progress on Strategic Plan actions
• How progress is being shared with residents
• Ideas for how the City can improve reporting or communication about the plan

This form is not intended for reporting service issues or non-emergency concerns. Please report those concerns by visiting the Non-Emergency Concerns page.

What happens after you submit feedback?

Your feedback will be reviewed by Administration and then:

• Considered as part of ongoing Strategic Plan work
• Used to identify common themes or questions from residents
• Included in a summary report to Council as part of regular Strategic Plan progress updates.

Submissions not related to the Strategic Plan may be redirected (or you may be asked to resubmit through the City's existing reporting process).
