Meeting details + upcoming meetings

Agenda packages are added the Thursday before each meeting. Minutes are posted after they are approved by Council. You can view public hearing notices on the Public Notices page.

Notes:

  • All Council meetings are recorded and will be made available following each meeting.
  • Previously recorded meetings are available on the City of Beaumont YouTube page.
  • Open sessions of Council meetings start at 6 pm.
  • Open sessions of Committee of the Whole (COTW) meetings start at 5 pm.
  • Members of the public are welcome to attend open sessions.
  • Council Notes are quick summaries of meetings.

Public hearing notices

Public hearing notices are decisions going to Council, usually related to bylaws. Residents have the opportunity to come and speak at a public hearing to voice their concerns or their support to a decision council is making.
