The City of Beaumont has a process to give equitable access to recreational facilities, fields and amenities to various user groups for seasonal use.
Upcoming allocation deadlines and forms can be found below.
Fillable package for the 2026 (May 1 to September 30) season. Deadline is October 1, 2025.
Teams can prebook time on the walking track for warm up prior to games.
For seasonal or reoccurring bookings, please review the allocation information and submit the appropriate request form by the deadline in the table below. Submit your completed request form to Facility.Bookings@beaumont.ab.ca.
The purpose of allocation is to establish a process for allocating and administering recreational spaces controlled by the City of Beaumont so that City of Beaumont facilities are utilized to their fullest extent.
