Recreation & Activities Facilities Beaumont Sport & Recreation Centre Policies
Booking, purchase and cancellation policies for the Beaumont Sport and Recreation Centre.
Booking policy: Last minute bookings are allowed, pending availability.
Cancellation/modification policy:
Purchase policy: Punch passes expire 2 years from the date of purchase.
Booking policy: With the purchase of a Child Minding punch pass, parents and guardian can pre-book child care services in advance. Pre-bookings are only offered to those with Child Minding punch-passes (not drop-in users).
Cancellation policy: Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or withdrawals made within 24 hours of the booked time slot (unless a doctor’s note/medical certificate is provided).
Booking policy: Bookings can be made by Plus Membership holders from 7 days in advance up until 2 hours before the class.

CITY CANCELLED PROGRAMS: Programs with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled one week prior to the start date and the City of Beaumont reserves the right to cancel or change a program for any reason. A 100% refund or a pro-rated refund will be issued for City-cancelled programs.
While you can expect to have a safe and fun experience at the Beaumont Sport and Recreation Centre, there are precautions everyone can take to make a great experience for all guests.
Although our preventative measures decrease the chance of theft, it still happens. When visiting the BSRC, if possible, please leave your valuables at home and follow the tips below to mitigate the risk of theft:

The BSRC’s commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment means an expectation that all staff and guests behave in a respectful manner. All employees and facility guests are entitled to enjoy a courteous and kind environment. Failure to conduct oneself respectfully may result in permanent removal from our facility.
