Active Planning & DevelopmentPublic Hearing notice Public hearing May 27, 2025 at 6 pm: The purpose of proposed Bylaw 1080-25 Development Notifications Land Use Bylaw Amending Bylaw is to amend Bylaw 944-19 Our Zoning Blueprint: Land Use Bylaw to change the method of notification for some types of development applications. It is intended to allow the use of signage and website advertisements in place of limited mailouts for discretionary and variance development permit decision notices. It also proposes to align notifications for subdivisions with the provincial Municipal Government Act.
