Service Beaumont Portal – Non-Emergency Only
Service Beaumont’s Portal application allows the general public to report non-emergency issues or observations from a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. This application (App) is a tool the City of Beaumont has implemented to link your service request to a specific location on an online map. Users can submit service requests and new reports, review existing reports, and comment and vote on reports or observations submitted by other users.
All bylaw and policing matters must be reported directly to Municipal Enforcement’s 24 hour non-emergency line at 780-851-9992 or the RCMP at 780-929-7410.

The City makes no representation or warranty that it will be able to respond to every service request within any specified period, which will vary based on service volumes, and cannot guarantee a successful or satisfactory resolution to any given service request. Reports that come in during a holiday, weekend or after-hours are reviewed the next business day. For emergency issues during business hours call 780.929.8782 or after-hours call 780.955.7778.
Please Note: The location, additional details, photo and type of issue are the only pieces of information viewable by other users of this App. All other personal information is kept strictly confidential. We will contact you directly for more detailed information if required regarding your report.
Photos: Multiple photographs of your issue may be uploaded with your service request within the ‘Attach Photos’ section of the request form. Only upload photos you own of your issue. Be sure your photos do not include anyone who may not choose to be identified.
