How to get a pet licence: Download and complete the Pet Licence Application Form [pdf]. Submit the completed form at the City Administration Office reception. 5600–49 Street Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (Closed on statutory holidays) Once payment is processed, you’ll receive the pet licence tag. Tags are provided with a new licence and remain valid as long as annual fees are paid. If a tag is lost, a replacement tag can be purchased at reception for $10. Seniors and residents with service dogs require a pet licence and are exempt from the fee. If you are a senior or have a service dog with a 2025 pet licence, the licence is automatically renewed for 2026 and no action is required.
