E-Scooters Rolling Away for the Winter

Active Public engagement notice

-

E-scooters in Beaumont are wrapping up for the season. By noon on November 15, all Neuron e-scooters will be removed from local streets and pathways as they take a break for winter. They’ll be back in spring 2026 for another season of rides.

This marks the end of the first year of a two-year e-scooter pilot project with Neuron Mobility. Since June, e-scooters have provided residents and visitors with a convenient and affordable way to make short trips, adding to Beaumont’s overall transportation choices.

As part of evaluating the pilot, the City of Beaumont is gathering public feedback. Whether you used an e-scooter regularly, tried one once, or chose not to ride, your experience will help inform the City’s review. The survey is open until November 27.
