This bylaw regulates lot grading and surface drainage for properties in the City. It aligns with statutory plans, other bylaws and informs planning and development decisions.

This bylaw establishes methods for the City to advertise meetings, election matters, public hearings and other things required to be advertised, including proposals to adopt or amend statutory plans and other bylaws.
