This month’s Action for Happiness theme, Mindful March, encourages us to live more fully in the present moment, rather than getting caught up in regrets about the past or worries about the future. Mindfulness is more than a healthy living trend; it’s a skill that takes practice and intention, but it has the power to strengthen focus, reduce stress and magnify the good in our daily lives.
