The City provides developers with options to reduce their security payments based on previous standing, to encourage responsible development. Review the Final Security Guidelines [pdf] for more info.
Note: For all categories, minimum security is $30,000 and final lift holdback is 100%. The full security amount will be released upon issuance of all Final Acceptance Certificates in accordance with the Development Agreement.Â

Upon issuance of all Construction Completion Certificates (CCC) for permanent municipal improvements the security amount will be reduced (as per the Development Agreement) by the outlined percentage of total original estimated construction costs below, or $30,000, whichever is greater.
