[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing - Bylaw 915-18 & Bylaw 916-18

TOWN OF BEAUMONT - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLACE CHALEUREUSE PHASE 7 REDISTRICTING & MUNICIPAL RESERVE DISPOSAL

BYLAW 915-18 & 916-18

Invistec Consulting. has made an application to redistrict Lot 10 and Lot 11MR, Block 5, Plan 152 1520 in the Place Chaleureuse Business Park. In order for the redistricting application to proceed the Municipal Reserve that was previously designated (Lot 11MR) at the north portion of the site needs to be disposed of so it can be relocated (swapped) and redistricted on the south portion of the site. Phase 7 is located north of Highway 625 and south of Magasin Ave. The purpose of the current redistricting application is to apply the appropriate land use districts to the reconfigured area. The original Municipal Reserve parcel will be redistricted from PRS-Public Recreation Services to C2-Commercial District and the new Municipal Reserve in the south portion will be redistricted from C2-Commercial District to PRS-Public Recreation Services.

Bylaw 915-18 will facilitate the disposal of Municipal Reserve and can be viewed here.  Bylaw 916-18 will enable the redistricting of the site and can be viewed here. Both bylaws have received first reading.
