Non-Emergency Concerns
Submit an inquiry or report an issue for non-emergency concerns, like:
City staff review all inquiries and reports during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays) in the order they are received. After you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a reference number. A staff member will follow up when there is an update or next steps to share. Depending on the type of inquiry, some matters may take longer to review or investigate.
In an emergency, call 9-1-1 for fire, ambulance or police.
