Posted on: November 7, 2022 For the week of October 31 through November 6, 2022, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 57 calls for service. Calls included assault, Controlled Drugs and Substance Act, fraud, harassing communications, items lost and/or found, mischief – damage to property, suspicious person/vehicle/property, traffic collisions, and wellbeing checks. The Beaumont RCMP conducted 12 traffic stops, resulting in two warnings and two tickets under the Traffic Safety Act. Beaumont RCMP were busy on Halloween. Members handed out glow sticks and suckers to many kids and attended several schools in Beaumont. RCMP engaged with the students and spoke to younger children about Halloween safety.
