Posted on: August 16, 2022 For the week of August 8 through August 14, 2022, the Beaumont RCMP responded to 72 calls for service. Some of the calls for service included 911 calls, Assault, assistance to general public, Child Welfare Act, extortion without firearm, fire prevention, fraud, harassing communications, items lost/found, Liquor Act, Mental Health Act, mischief – obstruct enjoyment of property, other moving and non-moving traffic, property check, missing person, suspicious person/vehicle/property, traffic collisions, Trespass Act, uttering threats against a person, wellbeing check.The Beaumont RCMP conducted 31 traffic stops, resulting in one charge and two warnings under the Traffic Safety Act.
