4. New Resident Welcome Package Sign Up

6. We would like to officially welcome you to our city with a package that contains resources to help with your transition into Beaumont.  

   To get your welcome package, fill out the below information. An FCSS member will then contact you to determine the best time to pick up the package from the FCSS office (5817 Rue Eaglemont).

    The personal information in this survey is being collected under section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) for the purpose of providing new residents with a welcome package and providing information about current and future FCSS supports, programs, and services. All personal information will be managed in accordance with the privacy provisions in the FOIP Act.  If you have any questions regarding the collection of this information, please contact communications@beaumont.ab.ca
