Geographic Information Systems Water, Sewer and Drainage

The Engineering Department provides asset/infrastructure management, engineering related services, project management, and capital construction to the Town and its residents.

Land Development

The Engineering Department is responsible for future infrastructure that will meet or exceed the Town of Beaumont General Design Standards.

2011 General Design Standards

The General Design Standards ensure that all infrastructure and capital projects follow the same guidelines and engineering specifications set forth by the Town of Beaumont.

Infrastructure

The Town of Beaumont owns and operates over $129 million in assets. These assets include: buildings, roads, sewers, water network, sidewalks, parks, bridges and equipment.

A thorough knowledge of these assets is required for proper management to ensure the “right money is spent on the right asset at the right time.”

By providing short and long term strategic planning; adaptable and efficient project management risk and cost to the Town and its residents is minimized and the benefits of each and every project are maximized.
